We are looking for a Marketing Communicator to our head office in Karlskrona! As a Marketing Communicator at Achima, you will have a varied job and a wonderful team of colleagues.

You will help drive Achima Care's marketing and ensure that we are visible and communicate effectively to the right target groups. Together with the marketing communications manager, you will play a central role in planning and executing strategic marketing activities.

Your role will include:

• Planning, producing, and executing various marketing campaigns
• Producing advertisements and marketing materials for both digital and traditional channels such as websites, waiting room TVs, and other purchased channels
• Administering our website (WordPress)
• Coordinating and being the contact person with external partners in various initiatives and projects
• Ordering marketing materials and other activities that strengthen our brand

In the role of Marketing Communicator, you will be operationally responsible for the daily management of our social channels. You will work extensively in Meta Business Suite and Canva. This means that in addition to planning posts in the short and long term, you will also set goals, manage, and follow up on statistics to ensure that we are developing in the right direction. Achima Care currently consists of 11 health centers across Sweden, each with a digital publisher. You will have a significant responsibility to support and educate these digital publishers so they can independently market themselves with content on their local digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience in creating texts and messages for various content to strengthen the brand both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Business Suite
• Experience in graphically producing posters, brochures, and advertisements.
• Experience in moving images and photography with a mobile camera for content in digital channels.
• A strong interest in social media such as Facebook and Instagram.

In this role, business trips to primarily our units may occur.
